Weekly rates policies at Red Roof

The following is a summary of our weekly rates policies. For complete policies, please contact a Red Roof offering weekly rates.

Maximum Room Occupancy:

  • Double Room: four people
  • King Room: two people
  • Standard One Bed: two people
  • Standard pet policies apply.

Your room rate will add $10/week for each additional guest in your room, beside yourself. The guest registering for the room is reponsible for all guests and occupants. After 14 days we may require you to move to another room so we can conduct normal maintenance.

Housekeeping:

Druing cleaning days your room will have linens changed, trash removed, vacuumed, vanity and bath cleaned, towels replaced, and amenities replenished.

During non-cleaning days your room will have trash removed, and towels that are not hung up, replaced.

Weekly Stay payment/renewal notification:

The Red Roof at which you are staying will ask you to sign a weekly rate contract at check-in.

Payment must be received one week in advance. You will receive no refunds for any unused portion of the weekly stay. Sorry, you may not renew the weekly agreement for more than 28 consecutive days.

Damages/Liability:

Red Roof is not responsible for damage or theft of any of your personal property brought on the inn premises. Room guests are responsible for all loss of, or damage to, all room contents, unless they are reported immediately after registration.

All damage charges, missing item charges, phone charges, early termination or late fees, and all other charges and fees are the guest's responsibiity.

Red Roof may evict any person for violation of rules set forth in the Weekly Stay Agreement.
